Annual Assessments Edit page

The 2026 Annual Assessment for all owners of our Somerset Subdivision was $140.00 per unit, due on or before January 24th 2026. 
All payments are now considered late and subject to an additional $25.00 late fee for a total of $165.00 owed. Failure to pay the assessment and the late fee by February 28, 2026 will result in the placement of a lien against the unit, which automatically involves attorney cost at your expense, as provided by State Law.

Payment options include: 

• In person at the our Annual Meeting, Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
• Cash. Please contact HOA President Kathy Overton or HOA Treasure Diane Camara for this option.
• Check. Please make your check payable to Somerset Homeowners of Stuart Inc and mail to PO BOX 2905 Stuart, FL 34995.
• Online. Please register for an account on our website. CC fees apply. 
• Zelle. Please contact our Treasure, Diane Camara, for this option.
